In case you’re wondering… this process can take from a week to a month depending on you. Once the design is determined and approved- Castle Baths® Professional will assist in determining product sizes, packaging, and your best paper choice. We will even apply the labels to your products!
The design will also meet all FDA and FTC rules.

We’re not sending this work out for digital printing! NOOOO! We take care of the printing in house, bringing you the benefit of actual team hands on attention. We have a top-of-the-line in-house Premium Printer that will print some amazing labels for you! (We actually have more than one in-house label printer).
We offer various paper and sizes from waterproof, water resistance, clear, matte, gloss, metallic… lots of choices to choose from with several coatings of protection to include UV. We have what you need!
Laminate, Varnishes, or UV. We know you are looking for something different and not generic. Perhaps playing with the varnish is what you need! Varnishes can be applied to the entire label or only certain sections of the label (spot coating) to create interesting visual effects. We had personally added spot UV on our business cards. UV coatings, a special type of varnish that is cured during printing by exposure to ultraviolet light. adds a shine of a gloss in a dimensional look.
